Adulthood Day 1

OMG OMG OMG I'm gonna be so late to work and on the first day of work!

Alhamdulillah, just about one month after I arrived in Malaysia, I've landed my first job. A position as executive at Malaysia Airports Holding Berhad (MAHB). Definitely something that I could never see it coming. Since I first started KYSB, I thought my first job would be at an audit firm, one of the big four maybe, working as an auditor. But no. This is very different from what I plan, but still a good pathway for my career growth, Insha Allah. It's true when they say, you can always plan but Allah decides everything.

Well, back to my story. Woke up late today. 6:12am. Rushed getting ready and 1 hour later I'm in the car speeding towards Sepang. Managed to arrived at the guard house at 7:55am sharp! And now I'm sitting at the main lobby wondering, to whom should I report, what exactly am I waiting for, am I in trouble and if the two guys are on their first day of work as I am. My heart is not racing, so I guess I'm safe. For now.

All I know that it's gonna be one hell of a challenge cause I've never done corporate planning before, I'll get my own little station, I think and I'll get to see planes landing and taking off everyday, which is kind of a cool view.
