Catching Up

WOW OH WOW!!!!!!!!!

It has been almost a year since I last posted and a lot, A LOT has happened!!!! Where do I even begin?

Well, I last stop writing in Nov 2017, so I guess I'll start from there, just a summary of what happened since then til today:

December 2017:

- #syemalove turned 4! Yeayy us! Had a simple celebration playing snooker-ball. It was a bit rushing as both of us were preparing for our graduation and New Zealand trip but nonetheless, it was a good anniversary celebration.

- I graduated!!!! Yeay mee!!!! It was an unforgettable day and the experience was just, wow! I know to some people, graduation is just a small matter but it was a big matter to me. I dressed up, did extra on my makeup and hair, hired a photographer to follow me around the whole day (yes, the whole day!) and went to lots of places for photoshoots. I remember thinking, "This is just my graduation, I cant imagine how I would be during my wedding". (gonna post more on this soon, Insha Allah)

- Also, had a great trip with Moma, Dado and Babo around New Zealand. I finally get to visit some places that I never got the chance to before, get to eat Ferg again, get to see Mount Cook up close but too bad I couldn't get to tick off "skydive" from my bucket list. I was supposed to go, but the weather was not okay and it had to be cancelled :( Really wished Lil Bro and Lil Sista were there too though :( (gonna post more on this soon, Insha Allah)

January 2018

- I got into my dream firm and work in audit and start my CA, Alhamdulillah :D

- KYSBA was finally established and I'm happy to play a big role in it. I'm praying the alumni association would grow into something bigger in the future, amin. We had a great reunion dinner in which I performed with my batchmates, Legends which was a lot of fun! It was a great walk down the memory lane.

- Celebrated Remedy's 23rd birthday, I made him the cutest racquet ever with a lil heart hehehe. I didnt give him the best though, he hinted at me that he wanted an ice cream cake few weeks before that but it completely slipped of my mind, so I only managed to get him ice cream, just the ice cream. Poor Remedy. Sorry sayang :(

- Had a number of fun trips to Melaka with the KYSBA bunch, it feels good to give back and help my fellow juniors.

February 2018 - June 2018

- Things are starting to get hectic at work. Stress of working late and not being able to catch up as fast as others were catching up on me but Alhamdulillah, I was still able to manage.

June 2018

- Started my very first professional paper. Was and still am, very happy to be able to see F.R.I.E.N.D.S every weekend during class. My lecturer sucks though.

- Had my very first Raya in Malaysia after 3 years. My family finally wears matching color on Raya!

July 2018

- Had fun turning 23, all thanks to Remedy. It was another simple but meaningful celebration. He gave me the prettiest bouquet (which he personally picked and design!) and he took me to dinner, we had the best steak ever and i get to spend a whole day with him, which matters to me the most. Not to forget Ruq Ruq gave me a pretty bouquet tooo :)

- Had great fun in Phuket thanks to my dream firm. Got my dream came true of playing with tigers (the big ones!!!). Unfortunately I was accused of supporting animal cruelty because of that and had a bit of drama and got attacked on social media, but Alhamdulillah, managed to correct it.

August 2018 - September 2018

- Realised how professional paper is actually harder than it looks. Studied like hell. 4am - 12am daily.

- Had a great trip with my gang in Perhentian, it was a hidden paradise! (gonna post more on this soon, Insha Allah)

- Cried in exam but Alhamdulillah, I passed. Yeayy me!

October 2018

- And now here we are, all caught up. My career is slowly growing and I dare say that I'm proving bit by bit and Insha Allah, I'll get where I want to be.

- Second professional paper is coming soon, got a project due in 2 weeks and I havent start at all!!! Wish me luck!
